Great job, Sabrina! For my part, as a retired physician/psychiatrist, I stay focused on his multiple mental health maladies: Borderline Personality Disorder being prominent, along with presumptive Bipolar II, and ADHD. Put simply, he's as crazy as a shyte-house rat and very dangerous. We need to keep him as far away as possible from the WH and hold him accountable for leading the only coup against our Federal government in modern history. Gregg

Great summary of this master scammer, Sabrina. Thank you. Every single day I find myself feeling awful for the young people in this country who have not experienced decency in politics. They unfortunately see this as normal and too many facets of society have normalized this unbelievably awful behavior.

Didn’t the Supreme Court pretty much do away completely with laws against bribing government officials when they made that ridiculously corrupt “gratuities are not bribes” ruling?

Yes, they essentially ruled that payments after an act is done are not bribery. It’s a complete crock of shit, making it virtually impossible to prosecutenpolitical corruption

Former Portage mayor James Snyder benefited from this ruling did he not?

the decision allowing post-act "gratuities" was actually the snyder case.

I wrote about it on Sept. 27 wondering why he would decide to do this now. I wrote:

It isn’t that there aren’t a few people who want to curry favor with Trump who will buy these watches. After all, it costs $200,000 to join Mar-a-Lago. This is about narcisstic messaging. However, Trump is supposed to be a master of messaging.

Who is this message aimed at? How many of these watches does he need to sell to even make it worth his while? He’d need to sell 10 to make a million dollars minus the cost of the watch. The world of Trump is crazy but are there even 10 people willing to shell out 100 grand for.. well… for what exactly?

There may actually by a few MAGA cultists who, for example, bought the golden sneakers or stock in Truth Social who learn about this and realize that they were suckers and that Trump cares about as much for them and their well-being as he cares for a kale salad.

Hypothesis: Trump's interest in blockchain/digital currencies cuts both ways, as such funds cross borders invisibly. He can accrue funds without accounting for them; and he can flee with them, rather than GOing DIRECTLY TO JAIL. ~eric. MeridaGOround.com

Maybe we need to shorten the election season to a couple of months! Voters are worn out!

Thank you, you are so correct! But even though it’s so obvious and and makes absolute sense. We are all exhausted from all the BS and I blame Trump mostly but our elections have morphed into political offices for sale to the highest bidder. Thank you Supreme Court for Citizens United.
